Welcome to Launch Vault, a platform for discovering, launching, and supporting innovative projects and products. Launch Vault provides a community-driven ecosystem where creators can showcase their projects, schedule launches, and engage with users through voting, comments, and feedback.

By using Launch Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

2. Platform Services

Launch Vault offers the following services:

• Project Listings: Submit and showcase your projects with descriptions, images, and links
• Scheduled Launches: Schedule your project launch for specific dates (subject to availability)
• Voting System: Community voting and daily rankings for launched projects
• Premium Features: Paid launch options for enhanced visibility and features
• User Interactions: Comments, discussions, and community engagement
• Email Notifications: Updates about launches, rankings, and platform activities

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use Launch Vault. Users under 18 must have parental consent for any paid services.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent project information
• Manipulate voting, rankings, or engagement metrics
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits
• Post spam, inappropriate content, or content that violates intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or other users' experience
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

4. Project Submissions and Launch Scheduling

Launch Limits: Users may submit a limited number of projects per day based on their account type and platform capacity. Current limits are subject to change based on platform demand.

Free vs. Premium Launches: The platform offers both free and premium launch slots. Premium launches provide enhanced visibility, priority support, and additional features.

Scheduling Rules: Project launches must be scheduled in advance according to platform availability. Launch dates cannot be changed once confirmed and payment (if applicable) is processed.

Content Standards: All projects must be legitimate, functional products or services. Projects that are incomplete, misleading, or violate our community guidelines will be removed.

5. Payments and Refunds

Premium Services: Launch Vault offers paid premium launch options. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.

Payment Processing: You must complete payment within 24 hours of scheduling a premium launch. Unpaid premium launches will be automatically cancelled and removed from the schedule.

Refund Policy: Payments for premium launches are generally non-refundable once processed and the launch slot is confirmed. Refunds may be provided at our discretion in cases of:

• Platform technical issues preventing the launch
• Violations of our terms by the platform
• Cancellation of launch more than 48 hours before the scheduled date

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for premium services with reasonable notice.

6. Voting and Rankings

Fair Voting: The voting system is designed to be fair and representative of genuine community interest. Any attempts to manipulate votes through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

Daily Rankings: Projects are ranked daily based on community votes received during their launch day. Rankings are calculated automatically and fairly according to our algorithms.

Vote Integrity: We employ various measures to ensure vote authenticity, including rate limiting, IP tracking, and user behavior analysis.

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of your project content, including descriptions, images, and associated materials. By submitting content to Launch Vault, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and in related marketing materials.

Platform Ownership: Launch Vault platform, including its design, features, algorithms, and underlying technology, is proprietary and owned by Launch Vault. All rights are reserved.

Prohibited Use: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission. This includes but is not limited to scraping data, reverse engineering, or replicating our features.

User-Generated Content: User-submitted content remains the property of the respective users, who grant Launch Vault a license to display and use that content on our platform for operational purposes.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information about your projects, voting activity, and platform usage to improve our services and provide personalized experiences.

Email Communications: By using Launch Vault, you consent to receive operational emails including launch confirmations, ranking notifications, and important platform updates. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Launch Vault integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Stripe), email services, and external project links. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Platform Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect platform functionality.

We reserve the right to modify platform features, launch limits, pricing, and functionality with reasonable notice to users.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in ways that harm other users or the platform itself.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, though some content may remain visible if it has been publicly shared or voted upon.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Launch Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content or third-party projects.

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or third-party products and services discovered through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
