Hi! 👋 I’m Alex, co-founder of Achiever Software.
Let’s be honest for a second: does anyone else feel like their habit tracker is judging them?
For years, I tried every planner and to-do list out there. They all started great, but eventually turned into a chore. If I broke a "streak," I felt like a failure, I had to start over like all my previous effort doesn't count. If I looked at my to-do list, it was just an infinite scroll of tasks I knew I wouldn't finish. It was exhausting.
I realized I wasn't the only one struggling. The problem wasn't my discipline; the problem was that these tools were fighting against my brain's motivation system.
So, with our team in Achiever Software we decided to build Achiever Life.
The concept is pretty simple because we wanted it to be stress-free. It’s a gamified planner, but with a twist that actually connects to your real life.
Here is how it works: You earn virtual coins for every task you complete. But unlike other games where you buy a virtual hat for a virtual avatar, you use these coins to "buy" real-life rewards.

Want to scroll TikTok for an hour? 📱
You set the price, and you buy it with your hard-earned work.
I personally used to lose hours on TikTok, feeling guilty the whole time. Now? I make "1 Hour of TikTok" a reward in the app. When I buy it, I enjoy it 100% guilt-free because I know I literally earned it. It turns my "guilty pleasures" into the ultimate motivation fuel.
We built Achiever Life differently than the others:
No more "Streak Anxiety": We completely got rid of punishing streaks and artificial deadlines. Rest is part of the plan, not a failure state.
It handles the big stuff: Most trackers are great for "drinking water" but bad for "launching a project." We built this to handle complex, multi-step goals.
You are in control: You set the goals, and you set the rewards that will work for you personally. It’s instant gratification, but for doing the right things.
Our goal was to make a minimalist tool that helps you spend less time managing an app and more time actually living your life.
